If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Because many of our products are meant to be used outside in adverse weather conditions, we cannot be held responsible for damage due to weather wear, misuse of a product, or damage incurred by wild animals. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, and labels. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you prefer, we can also provide store credit on returned items if there is not an item available for exchange of equal or greater value.
Once your returned item is received and inspected your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 calendar days. You may be asked to provide payment information if originally provided over the phone. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. Store credit is available if you would prefer over a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds, store credit, or exchange discounts are granted (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
To reward and encourage our loyal customers, we offer a punch card program. Each time you visit and make a qualifying purchase of $20 or more, you will receive one punch on your card. After accumulating the required number of punches, you will be eligible to receive $20 off your next purchase.
Eligibility Program Participation: The punch card program is available to all customers who make a qualifying purchase at our location.
Qualifying Visit: Only one punch per customer per visit is allowed. A "visit" refers to any in-store purchase, whether it’s a single or multiple-item transaction.
Earning Punches: You will receive one punch for each visit, with a minimum purchase of $20 or more.
No Carryovers: Punches cannot be carried over to future visits. Purchases over multiple visits cannot be combined to make a qualifying visit.
Reward Criteria Completion of Punch Card: After accumulating the required number of punches (8 punches), you will be eligible to redeem your completed card for a $20 off a purchase of $20 or more.
Lost or Stolen Punch Cards Replacement Policy: We are not responsible for lost or stolen punch cards. Please treat your card with care, as we cannot reissue punches once a card is lost.
Termination or Modifications Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the punch card program at any time, with or without notice. In such cases, all punches will be honored until the end of the program or until further notice.
Online Purchases: At this time, online purchases are not eligible for this program. If your order products for pick up at the store and they qualify for a punch, you may request a punch for your card at pick up. Delivered, shipped orders do not qualify due to the inability to guarantee we will be able to physically meet with customers to provide a punch.
