Songbird Orchids was established in January 2023 when Julie purchased Songbird and the Orchid. Julie has since evolved the business to focus on her passion: providing high quality orchids, gift baskets, and her personally grown houseplants. Julie enjoys learning and growing along side her customers and will gladly talk for hours about her latest African Violet or Streptocarpus project. You may see her and her daughter in the shop working alongside her team.
Merging businesses and carrying on the traditions
Songbird Orchids was rebranded from Songbird and the Orchid, which was composed of Island Orchids (est. 1989) and Songbird Supplies (est. 2014). Songbird Orchids' focus is on quality over quantity, working with local suppliers and other family owned businesses to bring you the best! We continue to bring you interesting orchids, high quality bird seed, and premium gift baskets.

We support our local community by volunteering, donating to local nonprofits, and partnering with local business.
